Banana Peanut Butter Protein Smoothie

Ingredients
1 cup milk
1 small banana
1/3 cup of berries
1 egg
1 tbsp. Mayver’s Protein+ Peanut Butter
Method
Blend ingredients in a blender for 1 minute until mix is smooth.

1 + ¼ cup almond milk (or milk of choice)
2 bananas
2 tbsp cacao
1 tbsp oats
4 ice cubes
Method
Blend all ingredients together
